Summary: When humanity stands at the brink of the apocalypse, Kurt Hummel chooses to fight. But after he loses his stepbrother, winning that fight becomes a self-destructive obsession. As Kurt faces off against the end of time, where does salvation lie?

Notes: I have no idea how long this will be, my outline is pretty loose, and I’ll be posting as I go. I’ve taken many liberties with Pacific Rim timeline and canon. I’ve only seen the film once, and there are contradictory and vague things in the wiki. I’m resolving things and filling in gaps as they suit my purpose. This will be a difficult story in a lot of ways. I felt the need for some catharsis via storytelling with the recent tragedy in our fandom, and since I can't work my brain around Glee's canon right now, I'm doing it in an AU setting. Please heed the warnings.
