Need more brain power, fewer chores
Still catching up with stuff slowly (mostly laundry & grocery shopping today). Meanwhile, my partner has sprung a new story idea on me that I want to write so badly, but I'm not sure I'm versed well enough in Cthulhu Mythos to execute.
It would be a Star Trek: The Next Generation/Glee/Cthulhu mash-up, and it is all Whoopi Goldberg's fault.
It would go something like this: Carmen Tibideaux is not her real name. She's not even human; she's a long lived alien, the last of her kind, known in the 24th century as Guinan. The reason she teaches in the Round Room at NYADA is she is being hunted by a Hound of Tindalos. (They can only enter our plane/manifest in corners). Kurt Hummel may be the only person with enough experience gazing into the abyss (and he thought it was only metaphorical) to help her. At least, I'm pretty sure Kurt could read the Necronomicon without going immediately insane.
