Ah, that sounds like a good idea! I am not nearly that well organized with my off cuts; I have far too many abandoned zombie drafts and documents of notes lurching about in various fanfiction directories. Some of them occasionally get a second chance (or bits of them do). I like the idea of putting all the scraps in one place though. I may put that on my 'to do' list for my next bout of reshuffling stuff. :)
