Hi! Gosh, thank you. I've been staring at the comment box for a while now, trying to put into words how much your comments mean to me.
Writing this story has been a tremendous challenge to myself, one I didn't anticipate at the start of it, so it's been, at times, all the more daunting. I've not been confident at various points if I've packed right for the journey. :)
These last couple sections have been the toughest for a lot of reasons I won't bore you with, but one of the biggest has been wanting to handle these emotional themes with authenticity and delicacy, and to avoid falling into the pit of angst for angst's sake, melodrama, and/or mawkish sentimentality. Emotional realism is my goal, but I don't wish to be heavy-handed.
So your wonderful comments, truly, are like the biggest, warmest fuzzy ever. I am so grateful and appreciate so much your readership and your taking the time and care to leave me such uplifting feedback. <3 Thank you.
