Mr. Anderson may not be Blaine's biological father, and Blaine does not know this (not explicitly, anyway).

Oh yeah, that would work. ...Also a handy scrap of fanon to keep on standby in case we do meet his family this year and they're totally whitewashed...

Can I add panicky to the list?

BWAHAHAHA. Mindmeld. I swear I joked to myself, "And number two is 'panicky'," in the same instant I typed that sentence; I only left it out because I was trying not to get carried away on a tangent. Heehee. Hee.

I really need to finish watching Buffy and Angel one of these days. Unfortunately, I started marathoning it while caring for my father while he was in hospital battling cancer.

They're wonderful shows. Are you spoilt at all for Buffy, though? If you ever pick it up again, spoil yourself for Buffy's mother's arc.

And Fullmetal Alchemist, eh?

I started with the first anime, too, because a writer I liked started posting FMA fic, but the manga is SO smart and intricate and awesome, and the second anime follows it closely. I never wrote any significant fic, but had a good time making picspams and rec sets for a while.

the gardening

Maybe it's more the sort of thing I want him to do, because I like gardeners, than something he actually would. I can certainly see him trying it out. It works especially because you've made him not an expert, but a new gardener, looking for a distraction and a way to spend time with his friend. And I think he'd find the thought of picking his own vegetables romantic.

As always, thank you so much for reading and sharing your thinky, fun comments.

You're welcome! Thank you for talking to meeeee! \o/
